Hotel Secreto Isla Mujeres

This hotel is fantastic! The location is ideal, right on the beach and close to nature. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the beach and swimming pool from the balconies. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a great touch, and the facilities, like the gym and elevator, are top-notch.

Although the AC works well, there was some difficulty with humidity in the room at times.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a inviting pool and a small but well-maintained spa. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was situated just one street away from the bustling tourist area and the main eating area of the island. Additionally, the hotel was super close to the most beautiful beach, offering us the best of both worlds. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of fresh fruit to choose from. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for us.

The venue provides luxurious amenities that truly make you feel pampered. the infinity pool, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, overlooks the beautiful ocean and provides a perfect spot to relax. the private facilities in the room, along with the in-room spa centre, make for a truly exclusive experience.

Fantastic pool area and beautiful private beach. Close to North beach and main attractions. Small and friendly staff. Excellent spa and gym facilities. Cheaper than other options. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend this hotel to friends. The fitness center and spa were impressive, and the pool and view were beautiful.

Nothing not too like.

We felt like we stumbled upon a hidden treasure at this boutique hotel. With only 12 rooms, the intimate ambiance was delightful. Our spacious room had breathtaking ocean views, and the open shower allowed us to see the ocean while freshening up. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with any request. We loved the private access to the quiet beach and the refreshing pool. Although the continental breakfast was simple, it was beautifully prepared and delivered to our room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the bustling area and only 10 minutes from the ferry. Although there were minor issues with dampness and the bathroom lacking an extractor fan, they didn't detract from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
